Return Policy
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Final sale items and custom pieces are not eligible for return.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@knoxxjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement.
